I haven't been able to play in the dark for years; when I was in college, I worked part-time at a studio, and was on the yearbook/newspaper staff at the same time. There would be days when I would spend 12 hours in the dark, nothing but me and the images. It's like magic. I loved developing my own film, my own pictures. I loved all the different kinds of papers, the effects I could create in the dark. I even learned how to retouch negatives (not for the faint of heart, or the shaky of hand) and was a master at the old dodge and burn. You are so lucky... T. :) I love the dark.
