So while I’m shopping online to get YET ANOTHER pack of strings for my guitars, I started looking at bass guitars. Then violins, then keyboards. And I realized… hey, music is a pretty big part of my every day existence. I mean, right now I’ve got Simon and Garfunkle, and earlier it was all about Slayer, and I’ve always wanted to learn highland fiddle, american folk fiddle or classical violin. I also still have an interest in piano since I have a rather rudimentary knowledge of them and how to play them. I still have my old trumpet from middle school, we have two ukuleles that nobody plays, and two tin whistles. (My own got lost at a renaissance fair. I should order a new one. :( )
Any music I play now is all self-taught. I love to play my acoustic. I’ve taught myself all the chords I know and memorized them… and I think I want to finally buckle down and get a violin and find someone to teach me. Or something.
So, I don’t know. Just a little thought since I haven’t posted in a while. I should force myself to take pictures sometime soon.
