My Other Excursion

This time, regarding my other passion, Photography.

I was contacted about five months ago by a teacher working at my school, who does wedding photography here at Cheyenne. My job as her assistant is to follow her around, carry her camera bag and equipment, and run errands if need be. Also, I’m there as an auxillary, catching the moments of the wedding/ceremony that are sometimes missed, such as interactions between family members, and so forth.

My first one was with a lesbian couple, Caryn and Lisa. We followed them around for about seven hours, and it was a bunch of fun. They were all super cute and nice. First we went to the famous Welcome to Las Vegas sign (I had to ride in the front passenger’s seat of the limo. LOL!) then all around the strip, like in front of the Venetian, the Bellagio, so on and so forth until the actual wedding at the Viva Las Vegas wedding chapel.

Here’s a few of my favorites. I’m also going to work on adding these to my portfolio section of my website, once that gets fixed.

I made money, it was fun, and hopefully over the summer I should have a sort-of job. :D

Awe, I love the pics!! That’s so cool, that you get to do all that photography. And living in Las Vegas sounds fun, even if you’re not 18 yet. ^_^ I’d just like to stare at all the pretty neon signs.

    Much love,
    Twinks.
